Eleanor qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and has been in practice in the town of Gorey, County Wexford for over 15 years. Eleanor specialises in property law both residential and commercial and has extensive experience in the areas of property sales and purchasers, both residential and commercial, new residential housing developments, agricultural land, voluntary transfers and mortgages.
She also has considerable experience in dealing with Enduring Powers of Attorney, Wills, Probate and Landlord and Tenant leases. Eleanor is a member of the Conveyancing Committee of the Law Society of Ireland and the current Vice-Chair.
