Augustus Cullen Law Secure Substantial Damages for Plaintiff who Suffered Delayed Diagnosis of Cancerous Tumour in his Knee

The Plaintiff, who was 26 years old at the time, sustained a mild injury to his right knee. He was referred to his local Regional Hospitalfor an x-ray which reported some mild osteoarthritic changes to the knee. The Plaintiff was discharged from the hospital and no further action taken.
