Gus has 29 years post qualification experience in presentation of cases to District Court, Circuit Court, and the Superior Courts together with WRC and Labour Court, Financial Services Ombudsman, Planning Board, Coroners and other Statutory Inquests. He has vast experience of dispute resolution lending wherever possible his enthusiasm, expertise and experience of Alternative Dispute Resolution including Mediation, Conciliation, Collaborative Law, Settlement Negotiation and Arbitration.
