Siona Mooney

Siona graduated from University College Cork with a BCL degree in 1992. She trained in MJ O’Connor Solicitors, Wexford and qualified as a Solicitor in 1995. She worked previously in Phillips Fox Lawyers, Sydney and Brisbane and Margetson and Greene Solicitors, Dublin before joining Augustus Cullen Law in 2000.

She also has particular expertise in landlord and tenant issues. Siona recently advised in the setting up of a new company with nationwide outlets to include negotiating and drafting commercial leases.

Siona has considerable experience in taxation matters and advises in the setting up of relevant tax structures for commercial entities to ensure the most tax efficient method of operating businesses and ensuring proper succession structures are in place.
