Naomi Gardiner graduated from University College Dublin with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in French and History. She qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and commenced practice in a large Dublin law firm. In 2011 Naomi set up Naomi Gardiner Solicitors in Greystones, Co Wicklow, a General Practice law firm, before joining Augustus Cullen Law in May 2016.
Naomi has extensive General Practice experience, and practices in the Property Law Department of Augustus Cullen Law. She acts on behalf of vendors, developers, purchasers and mortgagors at all stages of conveyancing transactions, involving second-hand and new-build residential and commercial properties. She also deals with issues such as buying out ground rents, first registrations, planning issues, rights of way, voluntary transfers, and family settlements. Naomi also has expertise in dealing with landlords and tenants in respect of long term and short term leases.
Naomi co-authored a book entitled “Health and Safety Law; A Guide for Small and Medium Businesses” in 2011. She is a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association, the Employment Law Association of Ireland, the Wicklow Solicitors Bar Association, and the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland.
