Recent Cases of Note

Re: LS - This Case involved a highly contentious dispute involving the Executors of a will, the spouse and the Deceased’s children. An application was made to remove the Executor and it was necessary to seek directions from the High Court concerning the validity of the will on grounds of undue influence. This case also necessitated a Cy-Pres application before the Commissioner for Charitable Donations and Bequests.
