Emily graduated from University College Cork in 2006 with an honours degree in Law. She completed her traineeship as a Solicitor with Healy Crowley & Co. Solicitors, in Cork in February 2010 and qualified as a Solicitor in April 2010. Emily joined Augustus Cullen Law in September 2010 and works in our Property and Commercial Law Departments dealing with a variety of cases including conveyancing (sales and purchases) of residential, commercial, agricultural property, mortgages, voluntary transfers, boundary rectifications and landlord and tenant matters.
Emily has also worked on matters arising under the Nursing Home Support Scheme Act 2009 (the “Fair Deal Scheme”) including a recent contested application to the Circuit Court for the appointment of a Care Representative under the legislation.
