Augustus Cullen Law have recently settled a case on behalf of a Plaintiff who suffered injuries following Mesh Implant Surgery. The Plaintiff had suffered with stress incontinence, voiding difficulties and nocturia prior to surgery and underwent the mesh tape insertion procedure in the hope that it would resolve her symptoms.
