After a trial lasting almost 50 days, Augustus Cullen are delighted to have finally achieved justice and proper interim compensation of €2.9m for Eoin Dunne, an eleven year old boy, who suffered catastrophic brain injuries resulting in cerebral palsy as consequence of negligent delay in performing timely resuscitation of him immediately after his birth at the Coombe Hospital in July 2002.
