Augustus Cullen Law secured 5.25 million euro damages for a 13 year old girl profoundly injured during the course of traumatic birth.
ACL, after a lengthy court battle, secured lump sum compensation for a profoundly disabled 13 year old girl injured during the course of her delivery at Cavan General Hospital in July 2001 as a consequence of the alleged negligent administration of a drug (Syntometrine) prior to her delivery by elective Caesarean Section.
